1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Businesses - CPC 4237) Temporary (No. 4) Notice 2026. Interpretation

2 In this Notice—

“customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970;

“qualifying goods” means all building materials, fixtures, and supplies required for the construction and fit-out of the King’s Wharf Extension Project and the Excursion Dock Extension Project. Approved businesses under CPC 4237

3 Bermuda Land Management Corporation is an approved business under CPC

4237 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970 with respect to the qualifying goods. Expiration
