QUOFATAFERUNT BERMUDA MARINE AND PORTS SERVICES (MARINERS) (BERMUDA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FIREWORKS DISPLAY) NOTICE 2026 BR 52 / 2026 The Minister responsible for marine and ports services, in exercise of the power conferred by section 12(1)(b) of the Marine and Ports Services Act 2021, issues the following Notice: Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Marine and Ports Services (Mariners) (Bermuda Chamber of Commerce Fireworks Display) Notice 2026. Bermuda Chamber of Commerce fireworks display
2 A Bermuda Chamber of Commerce fireworks display (“the event”) will take place within Hamilton Harbour on Wednesday 13 May 2026 from 9:45 p.m. to 9:50 p.m. Closure of certain sections of Hamilton Harbour
3 The area of water of Hamilton Harbour (indicated in the Schedule), from White’s Island, north out to approximately 100 feet will be closed to marine traffic during the event. Patrol of area
4 During the event, the area of water referred to in paragraph 3 will be patrolled by the Royal Bermuda Regiment coast guard unit and all mariners, pilots and boatmen are required to keep clear of and exercise caution when approaching or navigating the waters of Hamilton Harbour. 1 MARINE AND PORTS SERVICES (MARINERS) (BERMUDA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FIREWORKS DISPLAY) NOTICE 2026 Offence
