2 In this Notice— “customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970; “qualifying goods” means equipment, raw materials, and goods for manufacture and packaging of topical ointment preparations bearing the trade name “S. P. Trichology/ Pearl Hair Distributions”. Approved business under CPC 4229
