2 In this Notice— “customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970; “qualifying goods” means one Wastecorp Super Duty Vacuum System and one Hot Water Add-On Unit. Approved business under CPC 4237
